Persaud, Sukhram take male and female Guyana Open Golf honours
Respective prize winners with their accolades after the presentation.
Avinash Persaud and Christine Sukhram emerged as the male and female winners when the Guyana Open Golf tournament concluded yesterday at Lusignan Golf Course.
Persaud shot a 144 gross, while Sukhram scored a 171 gross tally to emerge as the best among the large field of competitors.
The action and presentation of prizes brought to a culmination two days of keen competition among both local and overseas golfers in the biggest tournament on the local calendar.
