GTT took the PINKTOBER message to the streets of Georgetown during the past week. This saw Camp Street, between Robb and Regent Streets, coming alive as GTT officials continued to raise awareness cancer awareness. Persons were encouraged to support the cause by purchasing the Walk/Run/Cycle Marathon package for just $3500 at any GTT Retail Store. A portion of every purchase goes towards cancer foundations in Guyana to help treat those battling this disease. “We at GTT continue to Do More for persons affected by cancer and we promise to champion this cause on a yearly basis” – Public Relations Specialist GTT – Jasmin Harris said.
Crowds of people gathered and were entertained by Euphoria dance group as GTT continues to raise the awareness through the Pinktober initiative in Guyana.
