Three consultancies bid for Architectural Design of New GNBS Lab

The National Tender and Procurement Administration yesterday opened three consultancies for the Architectural and Engineering Designs of a New Laboratory Facility at the Guyana National Bureau of Standards (GNBS).
The project was put to tender by the Ministry of Business and is funded by the US $9M loan from the Inter-American Development Bank.

The board also opened several Consultancies relating to the Ministry of the Presidency’s National Climate Change Communication Strategy and Implementation Plan project.
Seven expressions of interest were opened and were as follows:

Consultancies closed and bids were opened for five projects, which derived from the Ministry of Public Health, Guyana Revenue Authority and the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs.
The National Tender and Procurement Administration opened two bids for the Supply and Delivery of Specialized Desktop Computers to the Guyana Revenue Authority.
The companies that vied for this project were:

Meanwhile, another two tenders were opened for the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs in relation to the Procurement of all of their Terrain Vehicles.
The bidders for this project were:

However, tenders for three projects were received on the Ministry of Public Health’s behalf.
The first two projects were printer related and featured the Supply and Delivery of Posters and Brochures along with the Printing of the Food Bank Annual Report for 2017.

Moving away from Printery, the final set of tenders were opened for the Procurement of Health Sector Goods – Supply and Delivery of a Forklift. The project however had a sole bidder.
