The third place playoffs and respective finals of the ExxonMobil Schools Football tournament will be contested today at the MOE ground.
Keen competition is anticipated as the boys and girls from the respective team’s battle for top honours following several weeks of competition. Action starts at 11:00am with a few playoff matches which will be followed by the third place play offs followed by the finals.

According to the organisers Petra, in regard to the girls’ semifinals between East La Penitence and South Ruimveldt: The South Ruimveldt team was found guilty of violations of the tournament rules in which a protest was made by East La Penitence and was upheld and as such East La Penitence will be contesting the Finals with Charlestown.
The tournament is sponsored by ExxonMobil, Pepsi and the Ministry of Public Health.
