GT Beer/ ‘Keep Your Five Alive’ Indoor KO Competition…Tiger Bay, Sparta, Silver Bullets among winners
Sparta Boss, Linden’s Silver Bullets and Tiger Bay were among the winners when play in the GT Beer/ ‘Keep Your Five Alive’ Indoor Knockout Futsal Competition continued on Saturday night, at the National Gymnasium.

Sparta Boss, one of the most successful teams in the shorter format appearing in the final game of the night, easily dispatched Tucville 3-1 with Gregory Richardson firing in a brace, while Denis Edwards added the other.
On the other hand, Tiger Bay showed that they are serious contenders with a crushing 7-2 triumph over California Square.
Orin Moore led the riot with a hat-trick which he netted in the 4th, 6th and 15th minutes, while there was a pair each for the diminutive Deon Alfred and James Meredith.
Linden’s Silver Bullets then was also in a dominant mood and hammered East Coast Uprising 8-3 with Clifford Halley slamming in a treble.
There were solitary strikes from Geshawn Freeman, Jamaine Samuels, Robin Adams, Damion Williams and Nigel Bennnett.
On target for Uprising were K. Garrette, who netted a brace and S. Hunte.
West Demerara Showstoppers, Ol Skool Ballers and North East La Penitence all gained walkovers after Buxton, BV and Ann’s Grove failed to show up.
