Olympic Day is celebrated world-wide on June 23rd of each year under the pillars “Move, Learn, Discover”. The Olympic Day Open Doubles Men’s Doubles Finals was played off at 2:00pm on Saturday 23rd of June at the National Gymnasium with National Champs Narayan Ramdhani & Jonathan Mangra capturing the 2018 CROWN by defeating Marlon Chung and Darrell Carpenay in two games: 21- 7, 21-18 to win the Match.
The Presentation was done after the Finals by the GBA Executive Committee of Ms. Ayanna Wickham-Watson, Dr. Nicholas Waldron and Emelia Ramdhani to the respective Winners.
The GBA would like to thank the GOA for making it possible to hold this tournament once again, Banks DIH for Refreshments and Ms. Ayanna Wickham-Watson (Sol Representative) for the Gift Tokens.
The GBA would also like to thank the media for their support.
