Today is Father’s Day, and everybody know it come wid comforting words fuh all dem fathers. Dem don’t get gifts like mothers.
But if there is something better than giving others de best of what we have, it is giving others the best of who we are.
When Jagdeo was running Guyana he never give de people de best. He only thing bout heself, ee friends and ee family. Dem boys talk bout this over and over. Dem ain’t want to repeat demself today.
A change came about in de seat of govt. and everybody expect de opposite of wha Jagdeo use to do. But day by day de things Soulja Bai and ee people doing dem boys want to know if Jagdeo still running de country.
Under Jagdeo, Luncheon had to go to court to tell de nation how de PPP couldn’t find one black man to be High Commissioner or Ambassador.
Today that same race thing continue. Dem boys did expect to never hear or see this thing continuing. Dem boys thought that wid de change dem woulda see de best people getting appointed despite race.
This thing happen two times. This last time is Vishnu who suffer. He get bypassed and there is no other excuse or reason dem can give to show that de appoint was fair and race didn’t play a part.
Dem boys don’t believe that Patterson is a scamp. Dem boys know he old and he does tek a nap every couple minutes.
Dem boys want believe that when de time come fuh vote Patterson was sleeping and Corbin raise ee hand fun vote gainst Vishnu.
Everything is in de open and Vishnu mek it clear fuh Soulja Bai to see wha ee people doing under ee nose.
Everybody who vote fuh him, including dem boys, expect him to be different from Jagdeo.
Dem boys want to remind him on this Father’s Day that good persons are like street lights. They don’t shorten de distance but they lighten de path and make de walk worthwhile.
Talk half and to all de sweet, loving, humble, caring and sharing fathers, do have a wonderful Day.
