The National Procurement and Tender Administration Board opened several bids yesterday, as is usually done on Tuesdays. The following are bids presented.
The Ministry of Public Infrastructure received bids for the construction of sea defence within Regions 3 and 4.
Lot 1: Construction of Rip Rap Sea Defence at Uitvlugt, Region 3.
Lot 2: Construction of Rip Rap Sea Defence at Leonora, WCD, Region 3
Lot 3: Rehabilitation of Sea Defence transition at Sulic along WCD, Region 3
Lot 4: Rehabilitation of Sea Defence at Den Amstel, WCD.
Lot 5: Construction of Rip Rap Sea Defence at Chapman’s Grove, ECD, Region 4, Phase 2.
The Ministry of Public Infrastructure received bids for the rehabilitation of hinterland strips:
Lot A- Rehabilitation of Bemichi Airstrip, Region 1
Lot B- Rehabilitation of Kamana Airstrip, Region 8.
Ministry of the Presidency received bids for the reconstruction of Training Building roof, Kuru Kuru Training Centre.
The Ministry of Public Telecommunications received bids for the supply of batteries for Data Centre, Core Sites and LTE Sites.
The Ministry of Agriculture, NAREI, received bids for the installation of 700 Brushwood along the foreshores of Columbia to Aberdeen, Essequibo Coast, Region 2.
The Transport and Harbour Department received bids for the docking and rehabilitation of M.V. Makouria.
Guyana Defence Force received two bids for fabrication and installation of three cabin enclosure for motor life boats.
For the repairs of fibreglass vesicles, the Guyana Defence Force received two bids.
