B Division defeated F Division by five wickets when the Commissioner of Police Inter Division/ Department T20 tournament continued recently at Eve Leary.
F Division batted first and made 115 all out. Shiveshwar Sankar got 24, Trevor Benn 19, Marvin Peters 15 and Rawl Haynes 14. Raun Johnson claimed 3-19, Randy David 2-18 and Andel Doris 2-20.
B Division responded with 120-5 in 17.5 overs. Troy Drakes made 37, Keder Amsterdam 29 and Brentnol Woolford 18. Trevor Benn, Haynes and Vishal Jaigobin had one wicket each.
D Division batted first and mustered 166 all out with Boshnarine Lallbachan scoring 39, Corwin Austin 37 and Jason Anderson 23. Rondell Daniels claimed 3-16 and Narindra Chulie 3-23. Felix Austin Police College responded with 167-3 in 13.5 overs. Kemol Savory struck 94 not out and Chemroy Kendall 60; David Hughes claimed 2-25.
TSU took first knock and managed 144-4 with Ricardo Adams scoring 39, Danesh Gopaul 34, Gashwar Jagnarine 27 and Eon Rodrigues 25. Paul Tyndell claimed 2-10. President’s Guard made 145-1 in 13.2 overs in reply. Paul Tyndell made 61 not out and Kevin Allicock 57.
Head Quarters batted first and managed 231-3 with Munilall Persaud scoring 81, Khanhadia Ramkarran 77 and Safraz Haniff 21. E Division were bowled out for 64 in reply. Satouham Sukhdeo made 24 and Seales 15; Stephen Harris had 4-4 and Kevon Boodie 3-7.
G Division took first strike and managed 194-5. Fazil Khan slammed 71 while Linden David got 39. Officers managed 156-9 in reply. Colin Sullivan made 45, Jermain Neblette 24; Shakel Vyphius had 3-27. (Zaheer Mohamed)
