Every so often there would be a misadventure. This is going to be the case over this period when the tides are high and people try to make the best of the opportunities presented to them. A group would be on the seas when another group with evil on their minds would attack.
The people in one boat would not be ready for what happens but help would not be too far off. So it would be that another group would be removed from the waters off Guyana.

One can only hope that the day would come when intelligence would be added to the list of requirements for permission to operate on the roadways. Another crash would result from utter madness.
An inept driver would target an immovable target and end a life.

The death of three men suspected of being bandits would actually lead to another call for police action. However, this would be one of the few times when the wider society would not come out in support. Criminal activities, for them, have become overwhelming.
