The Ramnaresh Sarwan Upper Corentyne Cricket Association competition which is in its fourth round is being played for teams in the Upper Corentyne and Black Bush Areas.
There was a win for No68 Turn Team over Jukestown by 30 runs. No68 batted first and were bowled out for 168 in 30.1 overs with J. Houlsie 29 and Barchand 24.
Bowling for Jukestown J. Byass 3 and Sukdeo took the wickets. Jukestown in reply were dismissed for 139 in 29 overs with W. Amsterdam 45, B. Sookdeo 32 and J. Clarke 21. R. Jones was the chief destroyer with 6-20.
No72 All Stars hammered Crabwood Creek All Family by 231 runs after compiling 274. A. Hemchand blasted 101(8×4, 2×6), M. Bhoj 38, C. Chatterpaul 35, A. Ramdass and N. Ramlinna 21 each.
Bowling for CWC All Family, A. Baijnauth and S. Persaud picked up 3 wickets each while Jamesy collected 2.
All Family in reply was bundled out for 43 in 12.4 overs with Wayne Garnett 5-9 and R. Chatterpaul 4-10 doing the damage.
Skeldon Titans whipped No69 Red Rose by 10 wickets. Red Rose were skittled out for paltry 35 in 16 overs. Bowling for the Titans, Faroud Bacchus had figures of 5-5 and was supported by Victor Pedro with 3-8.
The Titans in reply roared to 36-0 in four overs with Christopher Jaundoo not out 28(5X4).
No71 Cricket Club defeated No77 Cricket Club by seven wickets. Batting first No77 were bundled out for 41 in 13 overs. Bowling for No71 M. McIntosh with 3-6 and O Mathurah 3-14 were assisted by N. Mohamed and D. Dasrath with 2wickets each.
NO71 reached 43-3 in 4 overs. There were 2 wickets for V. Narine.
