Dear Editor,
At first, I thought it was a brilliant initiative by the government of the day with the erection of colourful ‘BUS STOP’ sheds in and around the city.
Just recently I observed that quite a few were badly damaged/destroyed. Sad. Guyana will never make it as an elite tourist destination. Take it or leave it.
With some years of experience in marketing and advertising, I would strongly suggest to advertisers that it is a waste of time to use this route with any advertising promo campaign.
Your money will be best invested in occupying a spot on the walls of the Georgetown Football Club Ground opposite the zoo, and any other similar walls or billboards. Provided is a photo image for your respective readership to understand what I am making reference towards.
Yours Faithfully
T.Pemberton
