The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) Elite League will see the final games of round three being contested at the #5 Ground, West Coast Berbice tomorrow. The opening game which is scheduled to kick off at 18:00hrs under lights will be a bottom of the table clash between the Linden based Milerock and Region 6 based Cougars FC, both winless.
In the second encounter that begins at 20:00hrs, New Amsterdam United will also be hunting a maiden win in their third match of the season when they come against fourth place Den Amstel.
Currently, Victoria Kings sit at the top the league table with 9 points after winning all three matches contested with Aubrey Gibson (5) leading on goals for the East Coast based side and the league.
Defending league champions, the Guyana Defence Force FC, trail in second place with 7 points from their three matches. Following tomorrow’s match day, play will return to the city at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground on Sunday.
Western Tigers play Buxton in the evening’s opener at 18:00hrs followed by Fruta Conquerors matching skills with the league leaders Kings in the feature clash that begins at 20:00hrs.
