Football clubs in the Ancient County will get busy from Sunday when competition in the Berbice Football Association (BFA) leg of the GFF/Pele Alumini Frank Watson U-15 Intra Association League kicks off at the Esplanade ground, New Amsterdam.
According to the BFA, there would be an official march past of the participating teams from 09:00hrs which would be followed by four matches.
The teams scheduled to compete are Hopetown Rangers, Monedderlust, Arsenal, Orella Falcons, Corriverton Links, Young Strikers, East Bank Gunners, New Amsterdam United, Cougars and Hearts of Oak.
Given the honour of contesting the opening match are Orella Falcons and East Bank Gunners. Next up would be Corriverton Links against Arsenal with Hopetown Rangers seeking to get into winning range when they play Cougars, while Monedderlust will engage New Amsterdam United.
