Dorado Speed Swim Club (DSSC) hauled in three medals, one gold, silver and bronze
on night one of the annual Republic Bank Amateur Swimming Association of Trinidad & Tobago (ASATT) Invitational Swim Meet hosted by the Marlins Swim Club and taking place at The Aquatic Center 10 lane 50 meter Indoor Championship Pool.
Grant was the lone competitor in the Girls 15 & Over 1500m Freestyle where she entered with a time of 22:35.55 and lowered that time with a new mark of 21:56.51.
Daniel Scott won silver in the Boys segment of the 1500M Freestyle also lowering his entry time of 19:20.05 by clocking 18:21.91. Alex Winter placed just outside the medals with a 4th place finish in 19:58.86.
The other medalist on the opening night for Dorado was Vladimir Woodroffe in the Boys 9 -10 5om Backstroke where he won the bronze medal with a time of 38.02 which bettered his entry time of 40.06..
