Dear Editor,
It’s mind boggling that you would give the Town Clerk so much latitude to attempt to delude us, that all is fine, but that critical observations are obtuse and inappropriate.
Please reinvent your limitation standard on the length of letter submissions. The TC’s verbiage was tortuous reading with disagreements followed by comments that his disagreements are not in reality disagreements but still have to be viewed as serious.
Pure verbiage from him, the TC. Yes…it was tortuous reading.
And of course he had to lay blame on the community of not paying their fair share, plus not honouring their liabilities.
Further embellishment there was of the miniscule work the City did in the past and now no longer do.
Awkward comments flowed on the poor financial management of the City and vacuous comments on intents to improve equally flowed.
I agree that the TC is an excellent PR writer but that is the extent of his limitation. He has demonstrated his gross inability to do the task of TC and should have been removed from that post many, many moons ago. His harsh and cruel treatment of those vendors still resonate. Plus his secret dealings on the parking issue are still alive.
He is an apology for a TC. And that accumulated leave he would not take? The Minister should send him off on permanent leave forthwith.
