Dear Sir,
Would the recently launched Sexual Offences Court, deal with allegations of “purported sexual molestation”?
It is a breath of fresh air, amidst the obnoxious scent emanating from within the capital city, compliments of the incompetent M&CC inability to rid the city and its environs of the unsightly and accumulating garbage pileup.
It’s my sincere desire that a subsequent response can be forthcoming from the relevant judicial authority to investigate and eventually prosecute delinquent adults, who singularly or in tandem with others, by their deafening silence in a specific instance either condone or are in support of an untruthful fabrication of “Sexual Molestation”.
Editor, first and foremost I speak as a man and as a victim of the dastardly act. The issue was orally highlighted publicly, in the presence of the alleged victim’s younger sister. The collateral damage was done mentally to the young sibling, in the presence of the alleged aggressor, who happens to be her father.
Can this young kid ever in her life again, erase the inflicted mental scar of her father as a “child molester”? How many more men in our society today are not victims of this heinous crime being foisted upon us menfolk, but many of whom are not intellectually capable enough to publicly air their grievances?
By the way, what of the downtrodden, penniless, poor and powerless that our political system have failed, albeit judicial reform?
In erstwhile even the church that one of the instigators attends had failed to intervene and act righteously, in the dispensation of righteousness and justice. From a personal perspective, the specific Church, is a symbolism of the “Anti-Christ” since its teachings are not in conformity to God’s wills and his physical embodiment, Christ Jesus! Meanwhile I faced the reluctance of a previous potential employer, not wanting to provide employment based on the existing scenario at the time.
Interestingly, would the Sexual Offences Court, recommend the awarding of financial costs in my favour, due to loss of income, and prosecute the instigator(s) while providing counselling for the young sibling, at the behest of the Child Protection Agency.
I do hope the publication of this letter, attracts the attention of the relevant authorities, who can advise on the next step forward towards building a case against the instigator(s), one of whom resides in Henry Street, Werk-en-Rust with the two females and their mother.
All for your information and guidance.
Respectfully yours,
Lester Sealey
