The focus is on taxis. Many have been hijacked in the past, and this week the trend would continue, but with a difference. Some young men would have no interest in the vehicle but in the money they suspect that the driver has collected. This is how a group would suffer.
The attack on the taxi would occur in the presence of some off duty policemen.

A fire would break out in a home not far from the city. The homeowner would be out of the house but his companion would be in the house. The initial belief would be that the fire was electrical in origin.
Neighbours would try to contain the blaze but their efforts would be futile.

Another road accident would claim two more lives. This time the crash would be caused by a vehicle trying to overtake around a bend. Silly actions sometimes are fatal.
