Fruta Conquerors has continued their unblemished run of form with their 10th win in as many encounters when competition in the GFF/NAMILCO Thunderbolt Flour Power National Under-17 Intra Association League continued on Saturday last at the Tucville ground.
Also recording wins on the day were Georgetown Football Club (GFC) and Eastveldt, while there was a draw in the match between Santos and Camptown.
Conquerors, led by a hat-trick from Raushan Ritch defeated Pele 5-1; Turston Gordon and Richard Rayside were the other players on target. Pele’s consolation goal came off the boot of Dorwin George.
Eastveldt, the second placed team in the league, trounced Order and Discipline by a 7-0 margin. A brace each were netted by Travis Hercules and Mario Eastman with one each from Marcus Wilson, Carl Lince and Zion Grey.
GFC took victory over Alpha United by a 2-0 margin, Rondel Peters and an own goal was all that was needed for the Bourda Blues to seal full points.
Santos got their goal in the 1-1 draw with Camptown from Naseem Alger, while Lennox Young scored for Camptown.
Meanwhile, no matches were played in the West Demerara Football Association due to some communication glitches on Saturday and Sunday.
