Is there cronyism and favoritism in the Ministry of the Presidency?

Dear Editor,
The Ministry of the Presidency recently advertised for a junior communication officer, on its website. But what about other communication officers employed within the press division of that Ministry? Were those positions advertised or were persons handpicked? Was it pure coincidence that two of the communications officers employed just happened to be the close personal friends of a senior officer in the press division? Was it also a coincidence that another employee just happened to be the fiancé of the hairdresser of a senior officer in the said division?
