Matches continue today through Friday at Bartica Sec. Sch. Ground
When play in the Bartica Football Association (BFA) leg of the GFF/NAMILCO Thunderbolt Flour Power National Under-17 Intra Association League continues today, two matches will be contested at the
Bartica Community Centre ground. Double headers are also slated for tomorrow and Friday at the same venue.
Today’s play will see Beacons opening their account in the competition against Rising Stars which won its first game on Friday last against Lazio by a healthy 6-0 margin. Next up at 15:30hrs following the 14:00hrs kick off will be Potaro Strikers and Rivers View which both lost their opening matches last week.
Tomorrow from 14:00hrs, Strikers FC, boasting an unblemished record of two wins in as many matches, will be going for three more points when they take on second placed Rising Stars. This would be followed by Lazio, with a win and a loss opposing Beacons FC.
Friday’s matches will see Lazio once again in the mix this time against Rivers View in the first match at 14:00hrs followed by an encounter between Beacons and Strikers.
