The eagerly anticipated Hamilton Green Cup knockout football tournament which was set kick off today with a double header at the Mackenzie Sports Club (MSC) ground in Linden has been postponed due to the unavailability of the ground because of the inclement weather.
In what promises to be an exciting tournament, 24 teams are set to battle for attractive prizes which includes $500,000 and trophy for the winner, $250,000, $150,000 and $100,000 respectively for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th placed finishers. The organisers says a new date will be fixed, shortly.
