Jagdeo and Rob de Earth give kantractahs money to build bridges. De bridges never build but dem don’t believe people would see that there is no bridge and money disappear.
Was de same wid water wells. Jagdeo give Babbie one fuh free and he never believe people would find out.
He give kantractah plenty money to build other wells all over de country. Just like how people can’t find dem bridge is de same way people can’t find de wells. And Jagdeo pay dem kantractah up front. He is one of dem who abuse ee stupidity and wake up
