The Guyana Cricket Board recently announced the launching of its grand fund raising 75th Anniversary Raffle in aid of youth and female cricket development.
There was a SPECIAL DRAWING during the 3rd ODI between the WI and Pakistan on Tuesday, April 11th 2017 at the Guyana National Stadium ground. CARIB FOODS, the premier quality food supermarket in Guyana, located on Croal St, Stabroek, Georgetown and TRANSGUYANA AIRWAYS, another top aviation company, were the sponsors for this special drawing where very attractive prizes were won. Carib Food donated 5 large food hampers whilst Trans Guyana Airways sponsored a weekend trip for 2 to their fabulous Baganara Resort. The winning ticket numbers are:
Food hampers: Ticket #9895 was won by Anil Persaud from Enmore, East Coast Demerara. Mr. Mark Singh, Managing Director of Carib Foods was on hand at the Stadium to present this prize to Anil Persaud.
Other Food hamper winners were: Ticket # 11614, Ticket #0481, Ticket #0293, Ticket#9835. The winning Ticket holder for the Baganara weekend Trip was Ticket #11858. Persons can make contact with the GCB Office in Regent Road Bourda to claim their prizes.
Raffle tickets are on sale from several GCB officials and staff.
