However when the matter continued in the Fort Wellington Magistrate’s Court, the matter against Mohamed was dismissed, due to lack of evidence. Mohamed was represented by Attorney-at-law Joel Edmond.
The matter is set to continue on Monday.
The prosecution’s case as presented by Corporal Rochelle Mars is that, the men had exclusive access to the heavy duty facility and workshop at Bush Lot. They reportedly removed the articles during the time mentioned.
They reportedly made arrangements with a buyer to sell the items. However something went wrong with the arrangements. As the men were reportedly in the process of taking the articles to sell, the owners were tipped off. The police were informed and the men were contacted and ordered to return the items.
