Dear Editor,
When last has HE President David Arthur Granger read his 100-Day Plan in his Manifesto? I have read it on the 585th day after the PNC led Granger administration came to office (December 21) and I was utterly disgusted at the delivery performance on the promises made. So it is rather odd and perhaps moronic for some to want to praise Granger as a great performer and corrupt free when the evidence proves otherwise. What is the definition of corruption?
Generally speaking, corruption is the “abuse of entrusted power for private gains”. Abuse does not only mean financial, it also means that while being a father of the gang of thieves, you closed your ears, eyes and mouth when the treasury was plundered on your watch. So you may not be the one putting on the mask and filling the money back with the loot, but the mere fact that you are in the room when they planned the heist and conducted the banditry, you are as much corrupt as them.
Some operative in the Durban Park Project advised me that some $400 million of the donation was deliberately diverted for the 2020 campaign? Under whose watch did this conspiracy happen? At whose desk does the buck stop when this nonsense was carried out? David Granger. Of that I am now absolutely sure.
