History was created on Sunday, when Hemchand Haramchand, also known as Pastor
Danny, led the first set of students to have successfully completed their course of studies via the Hagion Ethnos Institute Guyana, Berbice Campus.
The graduation exercise took place at the Restoration Tabernacle, Blairmont, West Bank Berbice, which is led by Pastor Danny.
The Hagion Ethnos (Holy Nation) Institute, Trinidad and Tobago, and Guyana, was founded by Dr. Richard Jeremiah in 1992. The aim of the institute is to help individuals realize their purpose in Christ, and achieve excellence in Leadership, Lifestyle and Ministry. H.E.I. is an Educational institution that embraces spiritual heritage with a commitment to biblical authority, and the intuition serves undergraduates, graduates, and seminary students, preparing them for lives of significant service for the cause of Jesus Christ in a variety of ministries and careers, through direct classroom instructions, distance learning, and practical ministry experiences.
Dr. Richard Jeremiah, president of Hagion Ethnos Institute, reminded the gathering that each person was created for a purpose, and he said that it is necessary that each individual strives for excellence in the quest to realize that individual’s purpose in life.
According to Dr. Jeremiah, it is reasonable to expect individuals to show growth throughout their lifetime, and such growth ought not to be characterized by mediocrity, noting that no one can stop the individual who is pursuing excellence as long as that individual is committed to excellence.
The Hagion Ethnos Institute, Guyana, has its head office at PP Lamaha Park, Georgetown under the leadership of Pastor Sybris Harvey.
