Cops seek bank fraud accused
Police are trying to locate Vishaul Moonilal in connection with an alleged fraud in July 2016, at Scotiabank,
Vishaul Moonilal
Carmichael Street, Georgetown.
A release gave his date of birth as October 10, 1983 and his last known addresses as 44 Bel Air Park, Georgetown and 44 Houston, East Bank Demerara.
