Crime is back because young criminals are out to challenge law enforcement. A new crime will occur. Young men in a car will abduct girls walking on the streets in the dark. The panic will be understandable, because the police will be unable to curtail this new crime.
None of the victims will want to report because of the stigma of rape.

Another robbery will be executed at a home. The culprits would not get away because of the visuals that abound by way of security cameras. This is not going to be a deterrent, because while the police are investigating there will be reports of another home invasion.
**
A fire will strike at a home west of the city. A lighted object will flare up. However, the homeowners will be able to avert total disaster because of neighbours.
