The Jagdeoites are still at the Ministry of Finance

The 2 most qualified persons for the PPC with demonstrated qualification, experience and proven integrity, is out of the Procurement Commission (PC). Why? Is it the works of the Jagdeoites who are now conveniently Coalitionites, the NEUTRALIZERS? Any process that is legitimate and not preprogrammed will not leave out Chris Ram and Goolsarran. The fact that the coalition government retained the Jagdeoites at the Ministry of Finance (MOF), whom we condemned when in opposition, who know all the fats in the PPP projects and programs , many of us knew, people like Goolsarran and Chris Ram , with proven integrity will not be in the PC.
What is the AFC doing about this? This was discussed with Ministers, high officials of government, party officials and I write about it at the inception. More proof? Men of proven integrity are not wanted, even those that offer to set up management regime to avoid corruption. This Govt. fired so many persons, why did they want to keep the Jagdeoites at the Ministry of Finance? Was there a deal brokered by the Neutralizers/MOF not to prosecute anyone, hence, the delay on the forensic reports?
After all the PPP boys at MOF are Jagdeoites and the coalitionites. Why send them to jail?  Was a deal brokered by the Neutralizer/MOF with the Jagdeoites and Coalitionites to keep proven integrity and experience out of the PC? Is the game now played by both the PPP and coalition as “joint venture” so designed by the neutralizer/Ministry of Finance, the Jagdeoites. This may be why the audits were technically shelved. So this is why all the PPP projects will be executed. Have you seen any cost reduction with the projects since Govt. changed? This appears to be the delay of establishing the PC and further delay with IFMAS, the module to help with accountability and transparency.
The Jagdeoites knows all the facts in the program/projects so they were retained, and they are the “Neutralizers at (MOF), this is why the intention before the election for forensic audit was genuine, and when the audits were done they were technically dumped, because both sides are friends/accomplices to the MOF. Will MOF continue to use the Tender Board, the PC and the head of the Programs/projects/Project Execution Unit as the authenticator, like certain man when the Mon Repos seawall collapse, he died , because he was the “Authenticator”, MOF get away clean. Like another engineer (deceased). He was the authenticator for many projects as long as he keeps his job and. like the Caribbean guy who authenticated the importation of stones to Guyana from Canada.
Anand Goolsarran , the auditor general, hired trucks and measure the stones. I did the search on the validity of the company that exported the stones. It was a place that sells welding rods and propane gas in Toronto while the stones came from Nova Scotia. They tried their offer to me, the then, PEU director, for the largest loan to Guyana at the time, but he is a Pandit and guided by his mother’s teachings, Dharma, no deal. I took Jagdeo and his Jagdeoites, the very coalitionites to Dr Jagan and his heart failed him. Did Minister Jaipal Sharma clear Michael Khan CEO, and Bobby Ramroop?
Like them boys got you Minister Sharma? Same CEO at health. He knows the game well, so he also has to be retained. What is Nanda Gopal doing there at PC? He is a stooge of Jagdeo. What does this tell you? The neutralizers/MOF must get people. What Harmon and the Minister of Health did? They should have been fired forthwith. The fact that this is not done, means that the President is in a plea of ignorance; it does not qualify him to lead, He should resign forthwith. I am sad, sad, that I stood against Jagdeo and his team to be replaced by a similar group.
