Rage chalked up 81 games to win the final of the Faye Joseph free entry dominoes tournament which was contested on Wednesday night at Gaulding Place, South Ruimveldt. Thunder placed second with 79 games while Gangster finished third on 77.
Ron Callendar led Rage with 15 games while Mark Welch got 14. Mark Rodrigues and Kevin Boston made 14 each for the runner-up side, while Dereck Collymore and Shellon Collymore marked 14 apiece for Gangster who drew the bye to the final.
Rage won the semi final encounter played earlier with 77 games ahead of Thunder on 67 and Amazon Warriors on 50.
Shawn Morgan scored 17 and Welch 15 for Rage while Faye Joseph got 15 and Kevin Boston 14 for Thunder.
Amazon Warriors’ leading players were Kanhai Samaroo and Trevor Smith with 14 and 13 games respectively.
Meanwhile, the Turbo tournament will continue on August 26 and 27 at the National Gymnasium and teams are asked to make contact with Mark Wiltshire on 665 5855, Faye Joseph on 685 1009 or Barbara Marshall on 663 8280.
