With the Guyana Amateur Body Building and Fitness Federation (GABBFF) Senior Championships set for this Sunday at the National Cultural Centre from 19:00hrs, a number of corporate citizens have flexed their financial muscles in support.
Manager of Space Gym located above the Status Hotel at Albert and Croal Streets in the City, Lucas Matos in handing over a letter of commitment to GABBFF Organising Secretary Videsh Sookram which commits to the accommodation for Guest Poser Stephenson Benne and his Manager, both of Barbados, Matos said that Space Gym which recently opened its doors was proud to be associated with this marquee event.
Matos also disclosed that the Bajan athlete would enjoy the services of Space Gym whilst in Guyana as he is also in preparation for a competition next month.
Ms Jacqueline Da Silva, CEO of Salon J & Spa, of High Street, Georgetown expressed delight at being able to be rewarding the winner of the Miss Bikini contest with a gift certificate worth $26,000.
Da Silva said the recipient benefits from a heir do of their choice, nails, manicure, pedicure, facial as well as a Brazilian body scrub and bleach.
“Salon J & Spa is more than happy to be able to reward the winner of the Miss Bikini competition. Our professional staff is ready and waiting to pamper the winner with the best available and professional service available in town.”
Kerwyn Clarke is set and ready to defend his Mr. Guyana crown on Sunday night where some 30 athletes will be competing in the various categories.
