Guyana has named a strong 12-man squad to participate in the 8th Americas and 21st Caribbean Cups which will commence this weekend in Barbados.
According to early reports, the event which is expected to run from July 8-18 is shaping up to be one of the most highly contested tournaments on the Darts calendar for 2016.
The participating teams are from Bahamas, Belize, Canada, Cayman Islands, Florida, Guyana, Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, Trinidad & Tobago, USA and Barbados.
The team is headed by national champion Sudesh “Kerry” Fitzgerald and includes: Males – Lallchan Rambharose, Nicholas Seetaram, Adrian Damon, Terence Joseph, Marvin Yaw, Luis Ramirez-Merlano, Jamwant Bhupan; Ladies – Jaswantie Hiralall, Victorine Chandro, Melissa Smartt and Mary Correia.
