Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter on behalf of myself and the experience im having with GT&T. I credited my phone on the morning of 06-16-2016. And GT&T promotion messages came following after in which it had one that stated Reply with the # 1 for free access to Facebook to which I replied. After doing so i checked my balance to see if any money was credited from my account in which 300 was deducted.
After seeing this, I contacted GT&T customer care on their website in which an assistant by the screen name of Emma showed up. I explained my situation with her that I would like to be refunded my money and GT&T can take back their Free Internet because I have wifi at home and I do not need the internet if I have to pay for it when it said Free 4G service. She asked for information on my account which I provided to the best of my knowledge just to hear in the end its a GT&T procedure and they will be unable to refund credit to my account.
I am not writing this letter for the refund. I am writing it to show the people of Guyana the attitude we have to face from our Cellualr Service Provider and the insensitivity by them has to end…Also along with this letter, I provided the Transcript of the chat I had with the Assistant and how unfair I was treated for my own money. Thank You
Gavin Kissoon
