Starting with Winston Davis’ 7 for 51 versus Australia at the 1983 World Cup in England. Playing in his debut World Cup Match at Headingley Leeds, Davis shocked Australia with the then World Cup best figures 7 for 51 in 10.3 overs. Scores in that historic match 33 years ago that West Indies won by a 101 runs. West Indies 252 for 9, Larry Gomes 70, Faoud Bacchus 47, Michael Holding 21. Bowling for Australia Geoff Lawson took 3 for 24, Dennis Lillee took 2 for 55. Australia 151 for 9, David Hookes 55, Graham Yallop 21.
