Forde wins Telesur 10km Road Race

-Gardner first in Over 55 category

Guyana’s distance running ace, Cleveland Forde won the Telesur 10km Road Race in Suriname last weekend as Guyana made a clean sweep in the race with Cleveland Thomas finishing second and Winston Missenger third in the race.
Meanwhile, in the 55-and-over category, Llwellyn Gardner clocked 42:44 to win. Gardner told Kaieteur Sport that he is currently preparing for the Independence 10km Road Race which is set for Sunday at Durban Park.
