Another cricketer from Berbice is in line for West Indies Cricket team senior selection. Former
West Indies under-19 left arm spinner Gudakesh Motie was included in the West Indies senior team training squad with the possibility of selection for the upcoming tri nation series to be hosted by the WICB.
A statement from the BCB said that from a very tender age Motie, another player coming out of the mighty Albion Cricket Club, was Identified as a future West Indies product. Today he is not far from that and that is after only his first season at the senior level, the release continued.
The BCB takes this opportunity to congratulate Motie on his call up and wish him well. He is advised to keep his feet grounded. Best wishes also to the entire team. The BCB would like to thank all our sponsors for their continued support.
