Martarkai Sports Committee shortlist players for T20 fixture

The Martarkai Sports Committee of Region one has shortlisted the players for the upcoming T20 fixture set for May 12 at Mabaruma. The players are: Ramon Array, Amar Sahadeo, George Niles, Devon Joseph, Zephi Abrams, Trevor Thorne, Darrell Daniels, Ramesh Francis, Tarique Deonarine, Kelvin Etwaroo, Godfrey Degoish and Anthony Degoish.
The MSC has expressed gratitude to Mr. Conrad St. Romain of C & S Variety Store. Fans can enjoy special discount on return trip for the games at $9,000. For reservations call Anthony on telephone number 679-7545.
The game is being organised by Region one 50th anniversary committee as part of their celebrations and to give the fans an opportunity to interact with their favourite cricketers.  The home players along with several national cricketers will be divided into two teams for the game.
The players on tour are; Leon Johnson, Robin Bacchus, Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Shivnarine  Chanderpaul, Steven Jacobs, ShimronHetmyer, Vishual Singh, Rajendra Chandrika, Keemo Paul, Tevin Imlach, Tremayne Smartt and Shemaine Campbelle. Michael Hyles Franco (Coach).
