Guyanese speaker and human rights activist, Dr. Astell Collins, has been appointed Youth Advisor for the Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV/AIDS (PANCAP) Coordinating Unit.

PANCAP is the PanCaribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS. It is a regional partnership of national, regional and international state and non-state actors, which was established on February 14, 2001 to respond to the HIV and AIDS epidemic in the Caribbean.
Collins in a statement to the press on Friday said that his relentless pursuit to transform followers into leaders and leaders into agents of change via his BD1 Leadership seminars and other inspirational speaking engagements, through which he continues to honour the legacy of his mentor the late Dr. Myles Munroe with every seminar.
