The action was electric last Thursday night at the Aracari Resort when the GT Beer 4-A-side Football Tournament moved into its quarterfinal stage.
Some eight teams engaged in fiery battle under floodlights, providing quite an entertaining spectacle for patrons at the venue. In the end it was six teams that served up enough fire to move to the semi-final leg billed for tomorrow, Sunday, April 24. Those moving forward are Team Agricola, Evergreen Champs, King Street Ballers, Parfaite Harmony B, Show Stoppers and Sparta Boss.
The highlight of the event, however, is the expected steamy clash between Sparta Boss and Show Stoppers who will be battling for a US$200 cash prize.
The sponsors making this venture possible are GT Beer, Twisterz Digital Audio entity, Tina’s Variety Supermarket, and the Aracari Resort.
