Chairman of the Police Complaints Authority, and former Chancellor of the Judiciary Justice Cecil Kennard, is expected to address police officers and the public during his three-day visit on the Essequibo Coast on Friday.
In view of his impending visit on the Essequibo Coast, the former Chancellor is inviting all members of the public to ask any questions or air their comments about his role and functions during his RCA Television interview at 19:00hrs.
He is also scheduled to address police officers at the Police Training College at Suddie that same day 1:30 pm.
On Saturday the former chancellor is inviting members of the public to exercise their right to represent their issues and concerns at the Boardroom of the Regional Democratic council at Anna Regina where he will receive complaints from 09:00hours.
