Things level off in de Camp Street jail. Last week dem prisoner tek over de place after dem terrorise all de prison wardens. Dem go to wuk and tek one look at de prisons that particular morning. That is when dem realize who was de boss.
De next thing is that 40-something of dem send in sick leave papers same time. Fuh de prisoners, life was never so good. That is when dem cook wha dem want. Dem decide who eat and when; dem also decide who sleep and when and wid who.
Dem boys seh that dem see prisoners cooking everything except pepperpot and metem. Who never use to get milk start to drink it by de gallon. Was fun. But milk is a thing that once you stomach ain’t accustom to it is runnings and more runnings.
Dem didn’t have enough water in de system by de time de first day done and was more of de same in de second day.
Soulja Bai couldn’t tek this lawlessness and he tell See-All to lend de prison some police. Dem boys seh that dem never know that de prisoners got so much speed. From de time de first policeman enter de yard, de place get like when children who was behaving bad suddenly see dem mother wid a belt in she hand.
That is de situation de Bishop Ten Edghill nearly end up in. He tek lead up from Jagdeo. Soulja Bai spending nuff money to mek de place clean and green. That is something Jagdeo can’t tek suh he call a meeting and ask people who can halt de cleanup.
Old people always seh that de most hignorant people is dem who does holler ‘Lawd. Lawd” when de Sunday come. Ten Edghill tek a junk car and decide to park it pun de road side. He woulda get away wid de action except that de place wheh he put de car was just cleaned by Soulja Bai himself.
Ten Edghill end up in front de magistrate so fast that he head spin. Is a food thing he was dizzy. De magistrate send him home and tell him to come back tomorrow.
Talk half and wait fuh de next court day.
