After giving its commitment to fully participate and making all its resources available in the fight against suicide, the Berbice Volleyball Association (BVA) has so far organised and participated in a number of anti suicide activities including walks, lectures, seminars and panel discussions.
Today will see two of the female teams in the county competing against each other for a spot in the countrywide Red Cup Anti Suicide competition slated for the month of May.
The two teams listed to participate are the Orealla/ Siparuta U19s and Black Birds. The game will be played at the Port Mourant Training Centre (PMTC) court beginning at 15:00 hrs.
The encounter will be a three best in five affair.
