The Guyana National Badminton Junior Team captured a total eight medals at the Suriname International Junior Easter Tournament which was played at the Kwatta Sports Complex March 25-27.
The successful Badminton team proudly flies the Golden Arrowhead as they display their medals after a productive outing in Suriname over the weekend.
Sunburst Champion Narayan Ramdhani was a triple champion, winning Gold in Under-19 Singles, Doubles & Mix Doubles, while his younger sister, Priyanna, captured Gold in Under-15 Singles & Under-19 Mix Doubles and Bronze in Under-15 Mix-Doubles categories.
Jonathan Mangra won Gold in Under-19 Boys Doubles, while Tyreese Richards won Bronze in Under-15 Mix Doubles to complete the tally.
