People got a way of watching wha people do. Then dem does find something to talk about. If a man sit down and talk to himself, people does decide that he mad, and dem does end up talking about that. But wha people does do most is keep an eye pun dem who does cuss and mek nuff noise.
Dem boys want to tell everybody what dem shouldn’t do is watch dem same cuss birds and noisy people. Instead, people should watch dem who deh quiet. Dem always up to something. When Jadgeo tun president people didn’t know much about him because he never use to talk much. He was a quiet one.
But people soon find out that he was always up to something. And it wasn’t good. He was always coming up wid a plan fuh mek money fuh heself and people who close to him. Burnham was a man who use to talk and mek nuff noise. People didn’t have to keep an eye on him because before he do anything he open he mouth. Jagdeo was de opposite.
Dem boys use to frighten when he never call a press conference. Even now he hardly calling press conference and Soulja Bai got to worry.  He already got problems wid dem prisoners but dem boys got a solution to de overcrowding. If a man get a six month sentence then he got to go outside and work after he serve two months.
If he wuk good then he can go home early. If he get away while he outside then when he get ketch he got to serve de whole six months from scratch plus de sentence fuh getting away.
If is a five year sentence then after two years he can go outside and wuk and get a chance to go home early. While he wukking outside de prison population would drop suh de overcrowding thing wouldn’t apply. But if he get away, he got to serve de whole five years from scratch. Whatever he serve scratch out.
Of course, that gun keep Jagdeo busy because he got to find something to criticize.
Talk half and watch all who deh quiet round you. Dem always up to something.
