A 13-year old student of lot 35 Section ‘C’ Golden Grove, East Bank Demerara was declared missing
by her relatives yesterday.
Kelly Bacchus was last seen on Tuesday morning wearing her school uniform – white shirt and green kimono.
Her mother, Pamela Bacchus, said that this was not the first time her daughter has gone missing.
Pamela said that Kelly left for school but never turned up. She subsequently made contact with family, relatives and friends to locate the teen but to no avail.
A report was made at the Diamond/Golden Grove Police Station the following day.
“I just want she come home, whatever the matter is, we will sort it out,” the teary eyed mother said yesterday.
