Helpless victim of noise madness

Dear Editor,
I write to you out of frustration on the issue of noise nuisance.  There is a gentleman who plays music very loudly from his car PMM 7249 at Lot 17 Joseph Pollydore Street, Lodge obliquely opposite my home.  I have made a report to the East La Penitence Police station and numerous calls to the police for over a year now.  The police have been responding to my calls but I’m getting no results.  The perpetrator would gaff with the police, turn off the music and turn it right back on as soon as they leave or turn the music off until the next occasion he feels like making some more noise.  I’m therefore appealing to the relevant authority to bring an end to this situation immediately.
