GPF gets five new Asst Commissioners

Five Senior Superintendents head the police list of promotions for 2016. The five, Nigel Hoppie, Dale Alves, Lindon Alves, Paul Williams and Ian Amsterdam are now Assistant Commissioners.

This list of promotions is a far cry from others in the past. The Police Service Commission questioned the attempts at supersession.

Five Senior Superintendents have been promoted to Assistant Commissioners; five Superintendents have been promoted to Senior Superintendents and there are now 14 Superintendents.
