The Berbice Volleyball Association (BVA), in its continue drive to bolster its programme and have more female volleyball teams participate in the game, has organised a female Volleyball outreach for Sunday 21st February at the Skeldon Line Path Community Centre.
A number of female teams including seniors, U19, school girls are expected to participate in the day’s activity which is expected to get started at 09:00 hrs. A number of players and teams from the Orealla, Siparuta areas are also expected to the coastland for the event.
Lectures, coaching and a few exhibition games are part of the day’s programme.
Resource persons are expected to include BVA president Levi Nedd and former President Gregory Rambarran. (Samuel Whyte)
