UDFA Div. 1 League resumes on Sunday …Leaders Topp XX oppose Federal Winners Connection; Eagles face Milerock

The Upper Demerara Football Association (UDFA) Division One League is set to resume after one month break with point’s leaders Topp XX taking on Federal Winners Connection in the feature game of the at the Mackenzie Sports Club ground. Opening play at 18:30hrs brings together Eagles United and Milerock.
Topp XX lead with 10 points, three more than their opponents Winners Connection who are third on seven points, a position they share with Milerock. Eagles United have so far accumulated four points, the same as Amelia’s Ward Panthers, Blueberry Hill and Net Rockers.
Silver Shattas are second one point behind the leaders while Botafago have six points in fourth place with Hi Stars on five. Next Wednesday two more matches are set for the same venue, Blueberry Hill will play Hi Stars to be followed by a clash between Net Rockers and Amelia’s Ward Panthers.
